Job coaching

Is it currently not running at work? Do you get no satisfaction from it, does your work give you a lot of stress and tension, or are you not getting along with your colleagues and/or manager(s)? Is your career stagnating, is your work keeping you awake or do you find it difficult to find a good balance between work and private life? Do you suffer from fear of failure, or do you notice that you are unable to get the best out of yourself? Do you have troubled relationships with colleagues, manager(s) or customers? Have annoying things happened at work that you are having trouble with? Or are you an employer or manager yourself and do you have an employee who struggles with such aspects? I guide people in a job coaching process, both privately in my practice, and at the employer on location.

Do you have an employee who needs coaching and guidance? Be welcome to get in touch. My guidance is aimed at empowering your employee, working together better, communicating better and being more reflective and aware. So that your employee enjoys going to work again, becomes a stronger member of the team and performs better.


I would like to get to know you to explore what is currently going on with the employee, what is needed and what goals are being pursued in the coaching. A coaching process then starts with an initial meeting between the employee (coachee), you as the client and me, to make agreements about goals, responsibilities, planning and confidentiality.


The coaching can take place at the location of your company or organization, possibly alternated with coaching in my practice, if practically possible.


As a job coach I have extensive experience within the government, healthcare and charity sector.

Leadership

Good leadership starts with Personal Leadership. Because what is your leadership style and communication style? What is your strength, are your pitfalls, allergies and resistance? And what underlying patterns are in your way?


When guiding managers and executives, I work from the inside out. Based on the idea that you can only lead others well if you can first lead yourself well.


My guidance is aimed at investigating together what you encounter in a work situation, what hinders you in your functioning, what you find difficult in communication and cooperation with your colleagues and employees, what causes you stress and tension, how you - and thinking patterns work and which underlying patterns get in your way.


The coaching can take place at the location of your company or organization, possibly alternated with coaching in my practice, if practically possible.


As a job coach I have extensive experience in supervising management within the government, healthcare and charity sector. I have extensive experience as a manager.
