COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Most people are very satisfied with the coaching, therapy and guidance from practice CeeYu. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied and even have a complaint. Talk to me about this, I would like that, because it gives clarity, openness and understanding. It offers me the opportunity to explain things or to improve things. If a mutual discussion is not sufficient, you can submit a complaint to Quasir's independent complaints officer. Clicking on this link will take you to the correct Quasir page.
A professional and independent complaints officer is appointed via Quasir. If you are still not satisfied after mediation by the complaints officer, you can go to the Disputes Body, which is part of the Zorggeschil foundation. The decision of the Disputes Body is binding.
